When does something get mailed?
Only after the current artwork and mailing quote are approved and fulfillment is ready. Creating a draft does not charge or mail anything.

Templates or custom design?
Templates can be personalized immediately. Custom artwork is a separate queued service that comes back for your review.
How many designs and revisions are included?
Local includes 2 custom designs per month, Growth 4 and Scale 10. Each custom design includes two revision rounds.
Is postage included in membership?
No. Your monthly design fee and each campaign’s mailing quote are separate. Review the final quote before payment.
Can I send to part of a postal route?
EDDM uses complete carrier routes. Choose verified routes and review their full delivery counts.
What can I track?
Approved campaign QR pages record visits and submitted inquiries. Campaign call tracking is still being tested.
Can I change my business information?
Yes, in Settings. Signed-in business profiles are saved across devices. Existing approved artwork is not silently changed.
